Taupo is home to fishing and beautiful site seeing where work life balance is key. Our team is on the hunt for a Maintenance Supervisor to assist the CWNOC Operations Manager with the planning and delivery of maintenance works within and around the existing road network of the Taupo region.

About the role
Step up to the mark and bring your leadership skills to the table delivering various civil maintenance projects. These include but are not limited to; contract requirement delivery, optimization of resource use (including staff and plant management). You'll also drive projects to ensure we meet targeted results to the satisfaction of our clients - on time and within budget all the while building solid relationships!

Ultimately, you will be responsible for excellent planning and delivery.

About you
You'll need to have proven previous experience in civil construction and roading maintenance or you may hold tertiary qualification engineering. We'd also value:

• A Full Class 1 Drivers licence
• Proven willingness and capability to learn
• Excellent attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
• Great interpersonal skills to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
• A positive attitude, punctuality and a commitment to providing high quality services
• Computer literacy (RAMM knowledge an added advantage)
