About the role

We are looking for a Senior Specialist Information Technology Asset Management to be part of our newly formed Information Technology (IT) Asset Management function.

You will be responsible for day-to-day asset management of our APAC IT assets with a focus on IT infrastructure including; asset data and the asset management data base (AMDB), asset tracking and auditing, stock management, asset locations and discovery, lifecycle management, planning and scheduling, ongoing location/site criticality and risk management.

You will report to the Manager Asset Management and be part of a diverse and collaborative team within our global Information Systems and Technology (IS&T) Technology Platforms group.

What you'll bring
  • A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
  • Deep knowledge of asset management planning and scheduling
  • A good understanding of ITIL, COBIT or ISO 55000 Standards
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure assets particularly telecommuncations, networks and servers experience would be advantage
  • Experience in asset data management and logistics
  • Experience working in a large global organisation
