Hatchiscurrently seeking a highly motivated Lead, Regional Learning to joinourPeople Development team in Pittsburgh, PA, USA. This team is part of our broader Human Resources team within Hatch.

The Lead , Regional Learnin g is passionate about supporting performance through innovative learning and development solutions. In this role, you will champion learning and development initiatives and support the delivery of our Learning mandate across the USA region. In this vital role, you will interact with business leaders and their teams to roll-out learning programs across your geography while contributing to a global network of Learning & Development professionals that have helped to position Hatch as an employer of choice in our markets .

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Work with Learning, People Development, HR and business colleagues to ensure that learning programs are planned and deployed seamlessly within the region
  • Complete intake and needs analysis, compile findings and make solution recommendations through high level design documents.
  • Complete design and development including evaluation & measurement, change management and communication plans.
  • Be passionate about creating a high-quality, seamless user experience across our learning ecosystem that drives effective adoption
  • Conduct or oversee solution implementation to ensure timely execution of learning programs including relevant change management, communication strategies/tactics and post-performance support
  • Facilitate and/or moderate as required.
  • Support and/or engage Learning Coordinator and/or Learning Management System Administrator to support with solution implementation logistics including scheduling, pre/post material distribution and LMS related requirements
  • Market learning programs utilizing all communication platforms and channels in conjunction with Learning Coordinator.
  • Track and report on project/program milestones.
  • Gather feedback on global program implementation and related materials to Global Program Lead.
  • Administer training evaluations for training delivered, review data, and provide a summary report
  • Lead various other training related projects and tasks, as assigned to improve our practice
  • Maintain strong relationships with external vendors and networks for USA region.
  • Continually stay abreast of emerging best practice as it relates to learning experience design, learning analytics, leadership development, onboarding and mentoring.


You bring to the role:

  • Completed post-secondary education, professional certification or equivalent experience in learning and development – CTDP and/or ATDPDesignation(s) would be an asset
  • 5 years of experience in successfully planning, managing and delivering concurrent, large, and complex blended learning solutions with specific timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
  • Experience managing cross-group collaboration, multiple stakeholder groups and communicating with senior leadership
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with experience exercising mature judgment
  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

  • You may also have experience in data analytics, data visualization, design thinking, process improvement and change management
