Mobile Maintenance Supervisor
Work Location: Various Sites
Roster: 7D/7N/7R - FIFO
Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent, this role will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance functions for operational haul fleets. You will be accountable for the planning, organising, supervision and control of personnel.

Mobile Maintenance Supervisor

Reporting to the Mobile Maintenance Superintendent, this role will be responsible for all aspects of maintenance functions for operational haul fleets. You will be accountable for the planning, organising, supervision and control of personnel.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Ensure compliance to skills training matrix for self and direct reports
- Conducting field interactions and completing incident investigations in BMS
- Identify, develop and publish SWI's
- Adherence to the business plan
- Deliver effective maintenance completed and on time
- Supervision of personnel
- Ensure the workshop achieves or exceeds budget availability and safety performance
- Ensure all team activities are aligned with the overall business objectives
- Demonstrate strong safety values
Qualifications and skills required:
- Considerable experience in a similar role gained in maintaining haul fleets in a workshop and field environment
- Strong supervisory experience and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Proven commitment to safety
- computer proficiency in Microsoft office and SAP
- Heavy mobile equipment trade background
- Caterpillar and Komatsu Haul Truck experience desirable
