About the role We are currently seeking an experienced Trade Assistant/Welder to complete repairs, buffing and modifications of containers to company quality standards. Duties and responsibilities Utilize cost effective repair, maintenance and modification practices to achieve productivity targets and deadlines. Report any undetected damage (prior to undertaking repairs), backlogs or unexpected delays to your Supervisor/Manager. Remove non RW decals and prefixes and ensure containers are decaled and prefixed. Work with team members to ensure quality of work. Provide back-up support to the Painter and Forklift Operator as required. Skills and experience Welding experience up to 12 months preferred General labouring and manual handling Able to work unsupervised and within the team Clear communication skills Strong adherence to OH &S safety policies Apply Now
