Position summary
Downer's Road Services business is one of the largest non-government owned road services businesses in Australia. We operate from a network of over 50 depots and maintain more than 36,000 km of road. Our Business is involved in many exciting ventures within the civil road industry throughout the country.

An excellent opportunity is currently available for a full time Bitumen Sprayer Truck Driver for an immediate start with our team in Maddington, WA. The successful candidate will have a good driving record, be willing to work away in both metro and regional environments and be experienced in the safe handling and spraying of bitumen.

ABOUT YOU

• Current MC licence (HC minimum)
• Experience as a Bitumen Sprayer Truck Driver or in Bitumen Haulage (Preferred)
• Current Dangerous Goods Drivers licence or the ability to successfully undertake training and medicals to acquire
• Current working safely with bitumen training
• Current General Construction Induction card
• Proven ability in the operation of mobile plant machinery and equipment, particularly within the bituminous surfacing industry
• Knowledge and experience in bituminous surfacing or civil construction industry is ideal, a trade or mechanical background would be advantageous
• A strong 'team player' with the proven ability to work efficiently with others
• A strong commitment to a Zero Harm culture
• The ability to work intrastate for short periods of time as required
