The DM Roads business provides a range of services in road network management. We assist road and intelligent transport systems (ITS) asset owners to extract maximum value from their assets and provide road networks that meet the demand of today's ever-changing environment. We operate from a network of over 50 depots and maintain more than 33,000 km of road.

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who will head up our operations in Kalgoorlie and be influential in building client relationships. This position will take full accountability for financial and contractual management coupled with a strong focus on safety. The role will be instrumental in the effective management of all operational aspects.

ABOUT YOU

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
• Substantial exposure driving projects or services, asset and resource planning and project management.
• Significant demonstrated experience delivering road asset management, professional services and maintenance works
• Strong financial reporting skills and the ability to analyse financial information.
• As a natural relationship builder you will develop strong business partnerships
• Have a thorough knowledge of the contract, scope of works, specifications and the technical and engineering requirements on which the contract is based, particularly, AS2124 contracts
• Strong safety focus - actively participate in and support Downer Zero Harm initiatives and strategies
• Experience in building complex road maintenance tender submissions
