Manager, Environment
Work Location: Perth
Roster: Monday to Friday
Joining the Global Project Readiness team, the Manager, Environmental - FFI will be responsible for providing leadership on the day-to-day operations of the Environmental Team as well as providing technical support on environmental approval, compliance and operational licensing requirements.
We are seeking a detailed orientated and self-motivated leader with an extensive global portfolio of experience at a corporate and operational level to apply and adopt their thorough understanding of the environmental regulatory requirements in alignment with FFI's vision.

- Develop the environmental standards and provide environmental stewardship to the business
- Partner with internal stakeholders and teams in support of the effective delivery and solutions in response to environmental requirements and issues
- Empower, lead and support the environmental team
- Provide advice and guidance around environmental contractual and statutory obligations for Project delivery
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutes, regulations, rules, procedures, standards and policies
- Provide leadership and technical direction to design, construction, commercial and operational personnel in relation to sustainability issues
Qualifications and skills required
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Environmental Engineering / Management and/or Sustainability
- Global portfolio of demonstrated experience in the application of environmental management principles
- Strong and reputable people leader with the ability to integrate and successfully build a team
- Strong interpersonal and influential stakeholder engagement skills
