Our client is seeking an experienced underground Mine Surveyor to join their team in beautiful British Columbia. Reporting to the Senior Mine Engineer, the Mine Surveyor will be responsible for all aspects of underground and infrastructure surveying including drilling and construction survey needs. This is an exciting opportunity with a dynamic organization offering excellent compensation and advancement potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all surveying activities are compliant with health, safety and environmental requirements.
- Manage surveying activities for underground development, construction and drilling.
- Provide survey progress prints as well as update and maintain accurate survey data.
- Perform quality control check surveys and period end calculations.
- Routine CMS surveys, ventilation monitoring and rock bolt pull testing.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years as an underground mine surveyor.
- Tertiary education in Surveying, Mine Engineering or relevant field.
- Extensive understanding of underground mine design and mine design software including AutoCAD, Mine Design and Deswik.
- Experience in a hard rock mining environment would be an asset.
- Solid communication skills.
