Position summary
Downer Mining is currently seeking experienced Production Operators to join the team at our Meandu site on a fixed term contract for 12 months. Meandu is a residential mine located 25 kilometres south-east of Kingaroy, this is a residential position; therefore, no camp or accommodation is provided.
These roles will work a 5.4 4.5 5.5 12 hour Day & Night Roster

ABOUT YOU:
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Operating experience in mining operations from the initial stages through to mining
- Previous Truck operating experience (advantageous)
- Multi skilled operating experience (advantageous)
- Black Coal Competencies
- Current Standard 11 would be advantageous
- Current/Valid drivers license
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Must display an enthusiastic work ethic and be self-motivated.
