About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a Site Administrator to join our client on a 2:1 roster FIFO from Perth for an immediate start.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deliver efficient and effective administration planning and support
  • Maintain reports, filing systems and personnel files as directed
  • Maintain correspondence notes and filing systems
  • Process invoices
  • Procure employees in compliance with company requirements


Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience within a Site Administrator position
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Current Australian 'C' class driver licence
  • Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
