About the role

We are looking for a HR Analyst to provide support to the business across a range of HR processes and policies. Activities including guiding the business on the use of the appropriate HR tools and systems and managing employee/ labour relations queries. The Division is responsible for delivering repeatable HR activities related to HR Information, transactions, enquiries, and processing e.g. people analytics, global mobility, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.

Reporting to the HR Ops Manager, you will:
  • Provides human resource operational support to Human Resource Business Partners, HR Advisors leaders and employees with client groups.
  • Delivers transactional and administrative human resources support to all leaders and employees across the client base
  • Support HR transactional work related to hires, job changes, manager changes, compensation changes, terminations, and other related employee data changes.
  • Maintain HR operating policies, guidelines, and procedures.
  • Support HR Advisors in scheduling meetings for disciplinary hearings and grievances, ensures relevant conference rooms are booked.
  • Request records of previous transgressions from EDM (Employee Data Management team), through logging HR tickets, share these records timeously with HR Advisors.To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • National Diploma or B Com Degree Human Resource Management/ BCom Industrial and Organizational Psychology
