About the Client
An Australian based company with over 35 yearsâ experience servicing several industries from mining, rail, and power generation sectors. They are currently looking for an experienced trade assistant to assist with an upcoming job.
What you will be doing
As a Trade assistant you will be working alongside electricians assisting with cable removal and installation at a substation based in Tenterfield. You will be working Monday to Sunday 7am â 5pm. Accommodation is available if you do not live locally with living away from home allowance offered and travel allowance offered for residents. Work will commence on the 13 th December until the 22 nd when it will close for Christmas then it will recommence on the 4 th of January.
Prior to commencing on site, successful candidates will be required to complete an onsite paid induction.
What you will need

• Previous experience in a similar role
  
• Must be physically fit for all labour duties
  
• Have a high standard for safety
  
• Rigger and/or Telehandler ticked (Desired but not essential)
  
• Strong work ethic
  
• Ability to work as part of a closely knit team
