About the Role

We are currently seeking a Project Engineer who will be reporting to the Project Lead to provide project engineering expertise for a major Sustaining Capital project being undertaken at Paraburdoo Plant.

Roles & Responsibility

  • Utilising the Sustaining Capital project procedures to assist the Project Lead with moving projects through various stages of the project???s life cycle.
  • Assist the Project Lead in driving study phase projects.
  • Work with site and design teams for arriving at optimum design solutions.
  • Establishing scope of works, liaising closely with the Paraburdoo site operations and maintenance teams.
  • Review project documentation for study design, tender and execution.
  • Assisting the Project Lead with managing quality & risk on various inter-disciplinary projects.


Skills & Experience
  • Minimum tertiary qualifications in mechanical engineering or similar.
  • 8 - 10 years engineering experience in the mining industry preferred.
  • Experience in project engineering is highly regarded.
  • Site experience with process engineering, material handling, fixed plant and control systems is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, show initiative and be driven to achieve results.
