About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a TTM Manager to join our high-preforming and rapidly growing team in Dunedin. From planning, to execution, this is an integral leadership role within our region that requires someone who has mastered the fine balancing act of TTM. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and play a major role in building a powerhouse team.
Day to day your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
You will be a part of a team that designs, builds, and maintains 25,000 kms worth of roads in Aotearoa. With over 150 years of projects and knowledge under our belts, our methods are innovative, and our vision is future focused. - Optimising TM operations and developing new business opportunities to support our commercial success
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships across the Coastal Otago Region
- Ensuring sound commercial, compliance, and Zero Harm practices are applied to all operations consistently
- Leading and developing a motivated and energised team that ensures our future sustainability

- Proven leadership experience within the Traffic Management industry with responsibility and accountability for staff, plant and return on investment
- TTM Planner qualification or on a pathway to achieving this
- Hands on experience in the industry preferred
- Hold relevant STMS qualifications (or willing to re-new if this has lapsed)
- A high level of competency in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal that cultivates and builds relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to priorities work and work to deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively and use initiative.
