6 month duration with potential to extend Perth based Competitive pay rate About the Role: WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Agile Coach for Rio Tinto Sustaining Capital Department based in Perth, working a Monday to Friday role, 40 hour week. The successful applicant will have extensive experience across projects and roles e.g. product ownership, product management, facilitation, coaching and team leadership. What you will be doing: Tailor SAFe for E2E and lead implementation across the programme. Coaches the workstream leads and Scrum Masters to effectively apply SAFe and Scrum. Share personal experiences and learnings to provide practical context to SAFe and Scrum. Provide mentoring and coaching for the broader E2E team in a leadership, process and technical capacity.
