Category Specialist - Global Procurement
Work Location: Perth
Roster: Monday to Friday
Joining our Contract and Procurement function here at FFI, the Category Specialist will assist in the management of contract execution, delivery and close out for global sourcing requirements.

Category Specialist - Global Procurement

Joining our Contract and Procurement function here at FFI, the Category Specialist will assist in the management of contract execution, delivery and close out for global sourcing requirements.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Develop, coordinate and evaluate tender packages for Works, Capital Plant and Equipment and Services
- Proactively contribute to ongoing development of category sourcing strategy
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions, to support project schedule and budget
- Conduct sourcing activities in accordance with established Project Controls and Contracts and Procurement policies and procedures
- Develop well written, well-structured procurement documentation that supports the project requirements
- Embrace the value of Frugality and identify cost saving opportunities
Qualifications and skills required:
- Bachelor degree in commerce, business, law, or construction desirable
- Significant experience in Contracts within Renewable Energy Sector
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple packages
- Self-driven and enjoys showing initiative
- Confident in efficiently and positively engaging with stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
