Due to our ongoing growth, our Waipawa maintenance team is looking for a leader to join them as a Supervisor. Gaining exposure to a range of projects across the Central Hawkes Bay. This will be a varied role around drainage maintenance and various projects across the region.

About the role:

Joining the team to focus on drainage upgrades and various maintenance activities. You will be collaborating together as part of a motivated team who believes in delivering excellent service. Day to day you will:
  • Manage and coach a team members including responsibilities for training and health & safety compliance
  • Manage the processes for safety, traffic, quality and resources for timely delivery of all construction & emergency works
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard and all targets (productivity, quality, cost and safety) are met

  • Experience in Roading infrastructure preferable
  • Proven leadership experience with an ability to influence and empower their crew members
  • Able to adapt your communication style with all levels of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated experience in working on tight deadlines and within budgets
