About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Administration/ Payroll Officer for a full time, permanent opportunity with our leading Civil and Mining Client based within Branxton. This position will hold an Monday to Friday roster with working hours from 8am to 4pm commencing as soon as possible. This position has become available due to our client's continued growth.

Responsibilities will Include:
  • Preparing and entering accounts payable.
  • Preparing and entering payroll, superannuation and invoicing
  • Updating and maintaining databases and registers
  • Completion of induction paperwork
  • Providing support to the Director and Management team
  • Filing and archiving

About You:
  • To be successful in this role you will be a highly organised and motivated administrator with relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Experience in using Xero and preparing mine inductions will be highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills and drive for continuous improvement
  • Current C Class Driver's License and Own Transport
