A bit about your role;

Based in Henderson, West Auckland but covering the wider Auckland region, Downer NZ has an opportunity for an experienced Waste Water Leading hand to join our Watercare Contract.

Duties will include the planning, organising, directing, controlling activities and operations of your team members to ensure that work is completed to the satisfaction of customers and all targets (productivity, quality, and safety) are met. You will also work 'hands on' and provide training and development for team members as and when required.

A bit about you;

You will have previous experience with the Water Industry and will bring with you;
  • Experience in the water construction industry is a must and water qualifications an advantage
  • Staff management experience
  • Able to lead by example
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Class 1 licence required, Classes 2,4, WTR a bonus to have
  • Computer savvy.
