We are looking for a Specialist in Learning Design, a role that will give you the opportunity to get your creative juices flowing! We're seeking an experienced instructional designer who has designed and developed blended learning programmes.

This rare opportunity will allow you to join an award-winning team to define and design learning outcomes to achieve the best solutions for the business. This role will see you:

• Partner with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to ensure we get the best outcome for each project
• Follow a clearly defined project management methodology for the development of all learning assets
• Apply adult learning principles to all training designs
• Practically apply knowledge of the Kirkpatrick evaluation model to ensure we measure the impact of our designs
• Pro-actively contribute to reviewing and improving existing training modules
• Engage in regular team meetings to provide input, project updates and feedback that will add value to the team
• Consistently work on your development plan and performance goals, that you report on each quarter
• Provide advice and support to site Capability and Development (C&D) reps as well as operational leaders on training and assessments
• Apply learning strategies that best suit the problem statement
• Consistently develop a project schedule enabling leaders to have visibility on your workload

What you'll bring

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

• Expertise in how adults learn and applying creative and engaging ideas to achieve success
• Strong investigative skills with the ability to engage and influence at all levels (likely you will work on projects you have minimal content knowledge, therefore strong L&D skills essential)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders
• Self-directed to complete work on time and problem solve with minimal supervision
• Experience in project management and ability to work across multiple projects
• Comprehensive knowledge and use of common Microsoft applications; TEAMS, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicting demands and timelines.
• Experience using the software within the Articulate 360 will be highly regarded
• Graphic design skills will be highly regarded, but not essential
