Please note: This position has the possibility to work remotely up to 100% of the time. The position will require occasional travel to the Phoenix corporate offices and/or site locations. This position may be performed anywhere in the U.S. except California, New Hampshire, Michigan, Illinois and New York. Additional states may be excluded from remote work based on business factors. Should the position shift to in-office work in the future, the company will offer relocation benefits at that time should the position meet the established eligibility for these benefits.

Description

Under general supervision, oversee system support and testing (Business Objects reporting, SAP MM, SAP RLM, SAP GTS, Vertex, Ariba, CAS, ORAS), manage and participate in system projects and process improvement projects, and manage reporting, data enrichment and supply chain analysis activities.

  • Lead and participate in projects and initiatives focused on developing and implementing new or enhanced supply chain processes, systems and technologies across the company, leveraging industry best practices for Global Supply Chain (GSC) initiatives
  • Triage support tickets for requests and issues relative to Business Objects reporting, SAP MM, SAP RLM, SAP GTS, Vertex, Ariba, CAS, ORAS, and overall Supply Chain processes
  • Ensure that customer needs are met through accurate reporting
  • Track and report regional performance against supply chain related metrics and objectives
  • Analyze and identify root causes of under-performance and work with sites to implement changes to improve performance to meet or exceed targets related to internal performance, supplier performance and market trends
  • Perform functional administration duties for Vertex and SAP GTS including, but not limited to editing tax rules, as well as configuration changes, maintaining materials classifications and tariff codes, and ensure customs forms meet government standards
  • Collaborate on, or implement new or enhanced processes as needed
  • Serve as the reporting and data liaison for Supply Chain which requires advanced user capabilities in Business Objects, MS Access, and MS Excel
  • Perform specialized analysis related to GSC topics, may research and recommend alternate techniques, best practices or strategies
  • Ensure SOX compliance by all sites to various supply chain policies as documented by the Global Supply Chain organization
  • Provide support and guidance to regional GSC organizations in North America, South America, Africa, Asia, and Europe in the areas of Business Objects reporting, SAP MM, SAP RLM, SAP GTS, Vertex, Ariba, CAS, ORAS, and overall Supply Chain processes
  • Perform other duties as required


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of combined experience in Supply Chain strategies and concepts, system and project management and analysis projects; OR
  • Master's degree and four (4) years of combined experience in Supply Chain strategies and concepts, systemand project management and analysis projects
  • Knowledge of supply chain management strategies and concepts
  • Knowledge of supply chain management processes, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transportation, and Customs
  • Advanced skills and knowledge in Business Objects, multiple SAP modules including Global Trade Services (GTS), multiple customized applications, and multiple packaged applications including Vertex
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects and drive results independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work well under pressure
  • Skill in the use of computer databases to research, maintain and update records and files
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with large complex linked spreadsheets and databases
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, eProcurement, Sourcing and ERP systems
  • Ability to analyze information of considerable difficulty and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to use data to problem-solve process related issues preferred
  • Skill in effective communication, both verbal and written, with the ability to present material in a group setting
  • Skill in working with various software applications, including word processing, presentations, databases and spreadsheets
  • Strong interpersonal capability and ability to work cross functionally and across divisions
  • Ability to work with general office equipment such as a personal computer and keyboard, facsimile machines and photocopier


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline and six (6) years of combined experience in Supply Chain strategies and concepts, system and project management and analysis projects; OR
  • Master's degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related discipline and four (4) years of combined experience in Supply Chain strategies and concepts, system and project management and analysis projects
  • Bilingual skills with specific emphasis on Spanish
  • Experience in data modeling, universe design, functional design documentation, and application testing
  • Strong organizational, coordination and project management skills
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP master data and basic knowledge of how other modules in SAP interact with Supply Chain SAP functionality
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in one or more of the following areas: SAP Inventory Management, SAP Warehouse Management, SAP Integrated Business Planning, SAP Syclo Mobility
  • Three (3) or more years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Scrum Master/Project Lead, ABAP programming, Product Ownership, Ariba Architecture, Project Management, SAP HANA, SAP Materials Management, SAP Transportation Management, Fiori, SQL, Power BI
