About the role

We are looking for a Site Support Analyst- This role will provide on-site Wilmington IS&T support for Boron Operating Sites to ensure operations are not adversely impacted.

Duties include-

• Provide on-site support services for customers in Wilmington Port site.

• Operating within Boron IS&T processes and framework provide site presence and support for Wilmington IS&T customers.

• Act as the local site contact for remote resolver groups and Boron IS&T partner to ensure customer expectations are achieved.

• Contribute to the Wilmington Port IS&T customer service reputation by offering professional and courteous support to all customers.

• Manage customer expectations against Boron IS&T priorities to ensure all incidents and requests are managed in line with operational requirements.

• Attain a good understanding of operations activities to ensure business impact is minimised by outages/incidents.

• Provide on-site technical leadership to less experienced resources to ensure services are maintained.

• Communicating effectively on the phone and via e-mail to customers with IS&T issues/requests

• Ability to prioritize tasks to ensure business demands / requirements are managed effectively.

• Apply specialist technical knowledge to achieve operational effectively.

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:

• General IT functions and remedial activities.

• Customer Service communication and communicating technical resolutions in a business context.

• ITIL framework and business application.

• Previous IT site support experience (2 to 5 years)
