What you will be doing
You will be responsible for the delivery, coordination and assessment of workers training to ensure that all employees and contractors are safely and competently trained to meet the site requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing operational training needs analysis within your area of responsibility
  • Team up-skilling to ensure current competency is maintained
  • Assist departments in achieving their training targets
  • Training package development/upgrades
  • Facilitation of required training awareness programs
  • Assist with on boarding new employees
  • Training and assessment activities
  • Identifying areas of improvements within the training management system


Who you are
With a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, you will have relevant work experience in a similar role and environment. Your facilitation skills in the classroom and presenting of training and assessment compliance in the field environment along with your capability to develop training packages will be highly regarded, as is your ability to work in a highly motivated, innovative team. Your exceptional interpersonal, organisational and time management skills will be required for success in this role.
