About Our Client
Specialising in the production of steel reinforced concrete pipes & culverts, our client has seen an increase in demand, and looking to onboard Production Workers across multiple vacancies. Based in Swanbank (QLD), they are looking for workers to work out of their pre-cast section of the yard, focusing on concrete based duties.

What You Will Be Doing
As a Pre-Cast Production Worker, you will be expected to work Monday - Friday, with start times flexible based on the candidate's lifestyle. Working a minimum of 8 hours a day, overtime will also be available for the right candidate, paid at penalty rates. As a respected member of the pre-cast crew, some of the core duties you will be responsible for include;

• Sanding down concrete
  
• Polishing concrete
  
• Setting and pouring moulds
  
• Finishing and stripping
  
• Shovelling, sweeping & cleaning
  
• Utilising hand/power tools and ladders regularly
  

What Will You Need?

• Strong work ethic
  
• Ability to complete manual lifting and labouring activities
  
• Ability to work as part of a closely knit team
  
• Reliable transport and driver's licence
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to progress within the company
