Analyst - Technical Reporting and Analytics

Work Location: Perth

Roster: Monday to Friday

This is an exciting opportunity to get in at the ground level of a rapidly expanding, dynamic, global green energy business. Fortescue Future Industries is currently undertaking a rapid expansion and are seeking applications for an Analyst to work in the newly formed Technical Reporting and Analytics team. This team is responsible for reporting and analysis of portfolio level technical information and is a key point of integration between technical and commercial functions.

The ideal candidate will be an all-rounder who is conversant across technical and commercial areas and can effectively engage with people across a range of skill sets and backgrounds.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Work with projects to extract valid and consistent data that is comparable across the portfolio
  • Support development of data aggregation, reporting and analytics tools to inform the many users of the data
  • Support implementation and management of project interface management system

Qualifications and skills required:

  • A demonstrated willingness to take on new challenges and generate solutions
  • Degree or tertiary qualifications such as commerce, science, data analytics and engineering
  • Strong data management and manipulation skills, with excellent computer literacy skills
  • Demonstrated influencing and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent written communication and visual presentation skills
