Hatch are currently seeking highly motivated IT Support Technician to join the Digital team supporting the NSW region.The ideal candidate willhave flexibility to work across or do visits to each office - Newcastle, Tuggerah, Wollongong and Sydney. This role would suit astudent (Uni/TAFE) who is seeking casual hours to complement their studies.

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Assist users with computer/printer/network-connectivity issues
  • Conduct day-to-day operation of all PCs and peripherals, whether stand-alone or network
  • Respond to enquiries and ensure internal service level agreements are maintained
  • Gather information and escalate to senior team members so they can anticipate and alleviate potential problems
  • Work with the team to maintain formal procedures and policies for consistency and increased productivity


You bring to the role:

  • Team player
  • Previous experience working in a customer service role will be highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Analytical skills and troubleshooting methods
  • Possess or working toward bachelor’s degree/advanced diploma in computing or computer science discipline or equivalent combination of education, training or work experience is highly desirable.
  • Keen interest in all things related to IT
