In this role as a Product Support Advisor you will maximise operation time and product reliability by providing maintenance support and technical support issues. Key area of focus will include Hydraulic Mining Shovels Equipment (HMS) and other mining trucks.

This is a hands-on role which require you to carry out diagnosis, repairs and maintenance on customer Caterpillar equipment such as CAT6060's. As an Advisor you will also be required to undertake regular equipment inspections leading by safe working practices and lifesaving rules. The work will be completed in a collaborative, team environment with a strong focus on safety.

Location: 130km South-East of Perth - Boddington Goldmine - PEEL Region

Roster on offer:

• DIDO (Drive in Drive out) - 8 days on, 6 days off, dayshift only. 12.5hr shifts inclusive of 30 mins meal break

To be successful the following is required:

• Australian-recognised Heavy-Duty Trade Certificate with post trade experience
• Offer an informative customer service relating to Mining Shovels - as well as capability on the tools
• Excellent communication skills, with computer, logging literacy.
• Product knowledge and maintenance experience with Large Trucks, Loaders, Dozers and Graders.
• Be well aligned and exhibit WesTrac’s SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer.
