About the role:
The Foreperson will be responsible for the management and supervision of our staff and sub-contractors carrying out work on our various projects around Gisborne. You will be involved in planning, organising, directing and controlling activities and operations of all operatives and subcontractors to ensure that work is completed to the satisfaction of customers and all targets are met.

- Several years practical experience
- Experience of staff and sub-contractor management
- A strong interest in the Civil Infrastructure industry
- Ability to work on your own and in a team
- Physically fit and enjoy working outdoors
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Hold a full current driver's license
- Valid Site Safe building passport
- Pricing and invoicing experience
- Strong Health & Safety focus
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good computer and paperwork abilities
- A relevant trade background is advantageous, but not essential
- A full Class 1 drivers licence (Class 2 preferable)
- WTR
