About the Role:
WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Planner for a position based at Parabburdoo . This role will hold a 5:2, 4:3 roster, FIFO from Perth for a 6 month during with potential to extend.

Skills Needed:

  • Proactive approach with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture
  • Expense management (desirable)
  • Data Analysis (desirable)
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Organisation skills sufficient to manage a wide-ranging workload
  • Particular trade discipline (e.g. Electrical)
  • Fixed Plant Iron Ore background
  • Experience in specific part of asset management (e.g. Fixed Plant maintenance, shut management etc)
  • Contractor / vendor management
  • Knowledge of asset inventory life cycles.

Experience Required:

  • Experience in a trade or engineering role in a maintenance environment or equivalent similar planning role
  • Application of Maintenance Tactics
  • Expense management (desirable)
  • Vendor / contractor management

Technical Skills:

  • Demonstrated skills in Fixed Plant planning or scheduling
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office including Project and Excel
  • Expertise in Work Management
  • Expertise in Shutdown Management
  • Work prioritisation
  • Previous experience utilising a Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP experience will be highly regarded)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to work in a team and prioritise tasks & common goals
  • Willingness to share, learn and replicate from others
  • Communication and influencing skills

Mandatory:

SAP Skill, Electrical Trade or Electrical Engineering Background or Experience in Electrical Planning, Manual Driving Licence
