About the Role:
WorkPac are seeking a Site Administrator and Community Liaison Officer to join our client . This position is based in the suburb of Mansfield three days per week and Sumner two days per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Project team
  • Manage the Site Office and Facilities
  • Enter and approve invoices
  • Accounts Payable
  • Answering and directing community enquiries
  • Assisting with preparing notices, flyers, and engagement activities
  • Ordering supplies
  • Data entry and administrative of systems

Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience within a Communications, Administration or Customer Service position
  • Qualifications in Communications or studying towards (i.e. Certificate IV in Marketing and Communications, Diploma in Marketing and Communications or Certificate IIII course etc.)
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • High Attention to Detail
  • Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience with JD Edwards, Adobe/Bluebeam (preferred)
  • Current Australian 'C' class driver licence
  • Must be either an Australian Citizen or a holder of an Australian permanent residency visa to be eligible to apply for this position
