Advisor Systems Health & Safety Environment
Advisor Systems Health & Safety Environment (Kennecott Utah Copper LLC, South Jordan, UT): Maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSE) management system standard and the HSE audit and assurance programs. Maintain internal and product group HSE procedures, including review and update cycles, maintain document management system, and keep up to date with Group documentation and requirements. Standardize, analyze, and prepare data, including Taxonomies, Trends, Actions, Incidents, CRM, and Compliance. Evaluate, analyze, plan, and coordinate implementation of strategic and emerging HSE support and reporting issues and opportunities. Provide training or connect with training personnel/SME to provide support for PowerBI and Databank, Archer, Edison, Element, S&E Survey or other HSE systems as needed. Provide support for access requirements for HSE systems. Assist with audit and SMM assessment preparation ensuring documents are reviewed and up to date, findings are entered, and actions followed up. Support incident data quality improvements by gathering monthly feedback from SMEs and improving training on entering incidents. Coordinate with legal update requirements group for new legal requirements (Environmental/HSE) that need to be incorporated into processes.
Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week 9 AM to 5 PM.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have an Associate's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences, or a related field, and 5 years of related work experience in advising on health and safety practices.
Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
Travel required 10%.

- Identifying HSE implications, requirements and responses across a geographic area;
- Preparing injury/illness trends analysis, conducting regulatory HSE reporting requirements in multiple regulatory jurisdictions, and facilitating formal incident investigations;
- Developing and implementing project plans and priorities and aligning the delivery of HSE systems, processes, services and technical support to meet project needs;
- Project planning and delivery activities;
- Delivering and adapting HSE training and educational materials to a varying range of staff from senior leaders to contract labor staff;
- Utilizing SAP EHS, SAP CRM, or Cority; and
- Utilizing RxMx for data analysis to perform HSE risk assessments review and audit of HSE risk management practices.
Travel required 10%.
