Position summary
Confluence Water Confluence Water Ventia, Downer and Jacobs joint venture, is one of three consortia delivering services under Sydney Water's Partnering for Success program. Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water's North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

We are seeking an experienced Water Supervisor to work across our water projects within the NSW area. The Supervisor will be involved in leading the team whilst ensuring that all projects are completed within the timeframes and budgets as advised by the Project Manager. To be considered for this position you will need to have a strong background in water construction and understand the principles of Risk Management, Quality Assurance and Health, Safety & Environmental management systems.

ABOUT YOU

• Strong history of working 'hands on' within the civil construction industry with a significant portion of that time in leadership roles preferably in Water
• Experienced in the maintenance of water and sewer networks
• Construction Industry Induction (White Card)
• Working in Confined Space Qualifications (highly regarded)
• Demonstrated safety leadership skills and experience
• Certificate III in Civil Construction
• Flow Isolation and Flow Management (FIFM) experience.
