WesTrac are looking to bring on a Finance Officer in a full-time capacity at our South Guildford, WA, location.

The Finance Officer will report to the Finance Operations Manager and ensure appropriate processing of all Finance helpdesk requests, CAT machine invoices, employee travel and expense related transactions. This includes working with our system Concur to ensure Travel and business expenses are processed and approved correctly.

To be successful the following is required:

• Extensive experience within a similar role, with exposure to the AP, AR, Expense management, journal and reconciliation processing.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal), including consultation, negotiation, and facilitation skills to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities to meet objectives
• Advanced computer literacy skills
• Experience working with a finance system such as Concur or SAP high advantageous
• Good relationship building skills with the ability to build and maintain successful working relationships
• Certificate or Diploma in accounting/finance or business
