Our Dynamic Earth Solutions (DES) group forms an integrated core that provides clients with outstanding project execution through our geotechnical, hydrotechnical, and civil site development expertise. From concept to operation, we’re committed to providing traditional services alongside proprietary technologies and innovative thinking to deliver custom, cost-effective solutions.

From studies, analysis, and design to construction supervision and monitoring, our DES group specialises in site planning, spatial information and digital terrain modelling, surface and subsurface investigations, rock mechanics, underground structures, geotechnical laboratory services, flood forecasting and water resource management.

As the successful candidate you will:

• Work within multi-discipline project teams to deliver a wide range of projects including process plants, roads, stormwater/wastewater/water, bulk earthworks, haul roads and retaining walls
• Develop deliverables for concept studies through to detailed design and construction, including:
  • 3D earthworks models
  • 2D drawings
  • Material take-offs
• Contribute to OpenRoads design application development initiatives

You will bring to this role:

• Relevant formal qualification from arecognisedtertiary institution
• 5+ years of experience in a similar designer role
• Have a working knowledge of OpenRoads with demonstrated project experience
• Experience in ProjectWise and multi-discipline collaboration will be highly regarded
