Title: Manager Engineering Integration
Work Location: The Woodlands, Houston
Roster: Monday to Friday
Summary:
As a member of the Engineering team, the Manager Engineering Integration is responsible for developing and managing internal and external technical inputs and interfaces across project(s). You will be responsible for the effective communication and exchange of information across a number of stakeholder groups to ensure the technical aspects of the project(s) are delivered in a timely manner as per the project requirements.

Summary:
As a member of the Engineering team, the Manager Engineering Integration is responsible for developing and managing internal and external technical inputs and interfaces across project(s). You will be responsible for the effective communication and exchange of information across a number of stakeholder groups to ensure the technical aspects of the project(s) are delivered in a timely manner as per the project requirements.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Coordination of internal FFI engineering resources to manage the delivery of technical work to meet the project objectives including budget and schedule
- Effective communication between multiple engineering disciplines and project teams with respect to the requirements of project deliverables and schedule
- Engagement with the wider technical group to share knowledge, identify gaps and collaborate to find solutions that support the FFI organizational level targets
- Facilitate high-level engineering input into project planning to ensure planning is appropriate to meet the project requirements from a technical perspective
- Support the identification, engagement and maintenance of strong relationships with key stakeholders across the Projects
- Support the stakeholders by facilitating the allocation of appropriate technical expertise, supporting the development of design solutions
- Management of consultant technical scope, including the management of scope boundaries between packages
- Management of clarifications, TQ's and scope changes between the consultant team and FFI Engineering
- Provide technical inputs and facilitate engineering support to scoping, planning, feasibility and study reports
- Review design documentation, contracts, technical scopes and management plans to ensure all service provider contract requirements are met
Qualifications and skills required:
- Degree qualification in: civil, electrical, mechanical, chemical engineering or renewable energy engineering
- Licensed Professional Engineer
- Minimum 10 years' experience in managing engineering integration
- Significant experience coordinating engineering interfaces on large projects
