WorkPac are seeking an Administration Assistant for a short-term role based in the North Western Suburbs of Adelaide. Our client provides a range of industrial air compressors and power generation solutions throughout Australia. The successful candidate will be involved in invoicing through industry specific software, managing service reports and general filing duties. The position is for 4 months and initially requires 15 hours per week through flexible work arrangements
Key responsibilities and requirements
  • Invoicing using industry specific software
  • Using multiple systems simultaneously for invoicing
  • Distributing service reports to clients
  • General administration and filing duties when required.
  • Preferred but not required: Experience with Pronto or CRM6 dynamics (Industry Specific Software)
