Our people division is growing, and we are looking for an Underground Fixed Maintenance Planner II at our Goldstrike operations. The successful candidate is will develop and utilize SJPs (Standard Job Plans) for routine maintenance activities per corporate standards.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and utilize SJPs (Standard Job Plans) for routine maintenance activities per corporate standards
• Continually review, seek feedback and optimize resources, parts, tooling, task list, safety information, risk assessment and staging approach related to SJPs
• Ensure that routine maintenance SJPs, safety information, drawings and PM activities are uploaded and maintained in SAP
• Review and approve invoices for payment
• Liaise with supply chain to expedite parts and contactor labor. Successful candidate must be able to interface with other operations and maintenance personnel to schedule plant shutdowns
• Communicate with maintenance supervisors to plan, estimate, and identify the proper labor, services and skills. Assist with the design, planning, and coordination of shutdowns
• Update and maintain status of work orders in SAP
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
• Previous experience using the following software applications: SAP, Xeras (or similar Zero-based budgeting tool, preferred
• Demonstrated ability/experience in maintaining Industrial electrical Infrastructure as well as instrumentation preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work from blueprints and drawingspreferred
• Excellent safety and attendance record required
