Our client, a leading supplier in North America for engineered steel products is looking for a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner in Regina, SK! The ideal candidate would have exceptional labor relations experience especially within bargaining, grievances and harassments investigations. This individual should have well versed experience in training and development as well as harassment and additional investigations.

Job Duties:
• Development of a strong HR Business Partner relationship with the operations team
• Exercise customer centric efforts from an HR function and ensure HR priorities are aligned with business strategy
• Develop, maintain and enhance training and development programs
• Exercise an ability to work with individuals at all levels, from front line workers to executives
• Provide consultation in the appropriate application of policies and procedures to management

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role, in the mining or manufacturing industry
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, organizational development or a related field
• CPHR or IPMA designation are an asset
• Proven experience in Labor Relations tasks such as grievance and issue management
• Strong communication skills and confident presentation abilities
