Our client, a leading worldwide provider of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) and other technologies and services for the rehabilitation of pipeline systems is seeking an Application Engineer. Their businesses consist of sewer, drinking water, and energy and mining pipeline rehabilitation and protection. The company provides cost-effective solutions to remediate operational, health, regulatory and environmental problems resulting from aging and defective pipelines.

•Location: Chesterfield, MO
•Local or travelers/remote: full relocation- lump sum/would be willing to fly in if necessary for interviews (will mainly run Team interviews with out-of-town candidates)
•Duration: PERM
•Salary: $110k
•Schedule: 5/50

Responsibilities:

•Works with and supports Insituform Operations, Sales and R&D
•Analyzes field data and develops product and application designs and installation techniques for projects outside the scope of normal efforts.
•Leads special testing efforts of unusual applications & write technical papers.
•Provides hands on field support of non-standard installations.
•Joins product development teams and becomes involved in planning, lab scale testing and verification, installation techniques, field testing and field training.
•Helps prepare work instructions to guide operating personnel during all steps of installation.
•Helps to expand the envelop of the existing product offerings.
•Responds to Operations Team needs for supporting data, reports, submittal information and post-installation analysis.
•Works closely with the Sales Team to address high-level engineering issues related to our product and the customer’s systems
•Resolves difficult engineering situations both in the planning and design phase and in the corrective action phase.
•Develops and delivers presentations for customers and the Sales Team.
