We have opportunities available to women, who have leadership experience outside of mining operations, to lead our talented teams at our Pilbara operations with care, courage and curiosity. We have leadership roles at various levels:
  • Supervisor - leading on the frontline is one of the most important jobs in our business, youll motivate, inspire and keep your diverse team of people safe and well as they execute the daily and weekly plans.
  • Superintendent - progress your career in a large operational leadership capacity where you will be encouraged to deliver best in class results and drive operational improvements to unlock enhancements in safety and productivity while providing coaching and development to frontline leaders and team members.

Well connect you with the path thats best for you and youll start in a transition program that has been thoughtfully designed to support your move into mining. Youll bring your exceptional leadership skills to learning and development sessions that are focused on how a mining operation works, how to keep everyone performing safely and all the other technical aspects of the role. During the program youll shadow a peer leader on site and have a mentor who will coach and support you as you learn the industry. On completion of the program youll lead your own team to achieve success.

Youll be based at one of our Mining Operations in the Pilbara. You can fly from Perth, Albany, Busselton or Geraldton, working either 8 days on, 6 days off roster or a 9-day fortnight with every weekend off, staying at the camp facilities during your rostered time on. Or you can live residential in the friendly coastal town of Wickham working a lifestyle friendly roster which sees you home after each shift. Whatever your preference, youll have more time for downtime for the things that are important to you during your rostered time off.
