We are looking for a Business Application Coordinator, IS&T, who will be responsible for providing an overall governance of Business Applications demand management, to ensure the quality of end to end demand management process. To liaise between customers and the solution groups. To act as the single point of contact until the end of the demand lifecycle. To track and push the approval of the demands and the solution of the customer requests. To manage customer demand projects fully or partially and make status reports to the Steering Committee.

The Specialist Demand & Coordinator, IS&T Business Applications will:
- Deliver small/medium application projects as well as manage a team that delivers projects
- Provide a point of contact for the other IT teams for any initiatives impacting the business applications (e.g. Technology Platform team, Cyber Security, EA, etc)
- Understand the roadmap/initiatives of the different Technology platform teams and assess the impacts/effort required from the business application team
- Ensure that demands are captured, assessed, costed and are implementable with agreements on delivery commitments made by the Business Application team
- Coordinate the execution of the demands with our partners
- Develop and maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders
- Deliver Order of Magnitude and Prefeasibility phases of projects for business application upgrades
- Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively pursue these improvements in a structured manner
- Knowledge of Waterfall, Hybrid and Agile delivery methods with experience of when to apply each method.
What you'll bring
To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience
- Bilingual (French & English)
- 5+ years' experience in a global organization in a process or IT role
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Relevant project management certification/qualification
- Experience managing third party vendors to achieve project outcomes
- Experience of an IT methodology or process model (e.g. ITIL)
- IT demand management experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated interest in business context and ability to recognize impacts to team processes
- Wide base of knowledge and skills across IT services.
- Ability to build consensus and capture/develop business process expertise
- Ability to share new findings and best practices
- Self-motivated and strong team player
