About the role:

We are looking for a Production Systems Support to provide continuous improvement and Operational Support for Weipa and Gove Production systems. You will have a specialisation in the ReadyLine product, being dedicated to managing, monitoring and owning the product. This role is a great opportunity to get exposure to vendors and senior leaders within the business, giving you the ability to develop a solid understanding of how the Rio Tinto is currently operating and its future goals.

Reporting to the Manager IST RTA Pac Systems & Data and working in a collaborative and highly experienced team, the Production Systems Support will:

In this role you will:

• Triage IS&T/Production system issues and partner with the right IS&T team to resolve issues

• Support the Operations Centre in Brisbane and the Weipa and Gove Production Systems

• Responsible for monitoring aspects of system health including data integrity.

• Manage Product Release Cycles, raising change requests, risk assessments, deployment of release with Vendor, Asset Health, site IST Radio Techs and OC Dispatch and site operational departments that may be impacted
• Provide assistance to the business and Asset Health team to extract and present Historical data
• Knowledge sharing/ mentoring with regards to the product, upgrades etc
• Drive continuous improvement to process, monitoring, stability, System functionality etc
