We ensure delivery of services through the skills of our people, methodologies, and systems.

An opportunity has arisen for a confident, outgoing, customer focused individual to join our friendly Corporate Services team as a Receptionist in our Melbourne office.

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Be the face of Hatch on Reception
  • Greet visitors and provide building inductions
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and couriers.
  • Ordering of various stock and supplies
  • Quality administration and facilities services to clients and staff.
  • Servicing document archiving request
  • Establish and manage working relationships with clients, team members and managers to ensure delivery of high quality of services


You bring to the role:

As the face of the organisation, we are looking for candidates with a strong customer focus, team work skills and exceptional interpersonal skills.You will provide exceptional quality administration and facility services to our clients and staff whilst building positive working relationships. You will be proficient with the the use of Microsoft Suite, computer literacy skills and basic data entryskills with a 'can-do', self-motivated attitude.
