Hatch is seeking an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly Hatch Leadership and will be responsible for performing various administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Hatch is seeking an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly Hatch Leadership and will be responsible for performing various administrative duties. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages and prioritize executive calendars
- Comfortable performing clerical duties: preparing reports and presentations, taking memos, maintaining digital files, preparing meeting communications and organizing documents
- Preparation of executive expense claims and reconciliation of Amex bills
- Pre-screen of incoming expense claims and invoices requiring executive approval
- Arranging travel, accommodation, itineraries, and all correspondence related to arrangements as needed
- Plans/organizes and implements events such as sector meetings, business luncheons, or client dinners
- Assist in preparation of materials for Board of Director meetings
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Coordination of executive communication: answering phone inquiries, and directing calls; responding to emails; and interfacing with clients
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
- Three (3) to five (5) years’ prior experience in senior-level administration
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and Outlook); ability to become familiar with Hatch specific programs and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to concentrate on multiple problems/tasks at once; able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules and information
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; friendly and professional demeanor
- Demonstrates flexibility
- Self-directed and able to work without supervision
- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
