We are looking for a Principal Advisor Group Property to partner across a large and dynamic portfolio connecting with key stakeholders to deliver future capability and skills.

This role is a rare opportunity for an experienced, strategic thinking Property expert who is motivated by transformation & change. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Global Property & Facilities you will:
  • Oversee a diverse property portfolio and maximising the safety and overall performance of the assets and contractors.
  • Accurately interpreting the business needs for assigned areas and then execute/manage contracts that are fully aligned with both site objectives and agreed Category Management strategies;
  • Work with Service Partner to develop, review and implement Building and Facilities related policies and procedures.
  • Regular reporting on operational & capital performance as well as workplace and other relevant metrics
  • Prepare and manage the operational plans in line with strategic direction.
  • Embed a safety and risk culture through effective change management

About you

To be successfully considered for this role, you will have:
  • Relevant tertiary qualification of a commercial nature preferred i.e. Business/ Property/ Commerce/ Facilities Management
  • Experience in leading a large managed property portfolio working with contract management and Sourcing
  • Ability to develop and deliver strategies that are aligned to the business objectives and priorities
  • A very thorough understanding of customer and supplier relationship management and Commercial or Strategy Procurement in a large complex organization;
  • Demonstrated track record of embedding a safety culture across multiple locations
  • Strong written and oral communication skills along with excellent stakeholder management
  • A 'can do' attitude and a team player

What you'll bring
  • A commitment to safety of yourself and your team.
  • Strong experience from a Consulting or Systems Integration background.
  • Pre-sales experience, stakeholder and relationship management expertise, as well as negotiation/ expectation management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence.
  • Experience with solution/ opportunity scoping, pricing estimations, as well as complex RFQ development.
