WesTrac are looking for a proactive Reliability Analyst to join our team at KCGM in Kalgoorlie, WA.

Reporting to the Contract Manager, the Reliability Analyst (RA) is accountable for monitoring mobile fleet health. This is managed through the analysis and investigation of relevant data, reporting areas of concern, and where applicable, advising preventable measures and documenting actions plans to mitigate unscheduled machine downtime and/or machine failures.

We are looking for a confident, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail who can manage multiple tasks with ease. You will have a problem-solving mindset, always focusing on the needs of the business and its stakeholders whilst liaising with a range of departments and services.

About you:
  • Mechanical Trade Certificate with a minimum 3 years’ post qualification experience
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Equipment Maintenance, planning and condition monitoring concepts
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
  • Intermediate computer skills – MS Office, internet-based applications
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills to effectively resolve issues in the workplace
  • Highly developed attention to detail with the ability to analyse reports
  • Demonstrated experience in the identification of and actioning of continuous improvement initiatives
  • Advanced time management, planning and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of machines applications and Caterpillar software desirable
