Your Role
- Supervise & lead the recruitment team, including but not limited to the 3 recruitment advisors, medical coordinator, & administration assistant;
- Ensure accurate and optimised use of recruitment tools, overseeing the use of relevant job boards, tracking success and cost analysis as required
- Assign recruitment workload, tracking progress and providing guidance to the Recruitment team
- Partnering with the wider HR team to ensure seamless workflows and accurate transfer of information
- coordinate all the recruitment for Redpath Australia projects and provide advice, support, and service to Projects, plant yard, Brisbane and Perth offices on end to end recruitment activities;
- coordinate project start-ups and ensure project mobilisations are carried out in accordance with project requirements and Redpath's recruitment process;
- Maintain Employer Brand in all social media platforms
- Provide advice and recommendations on recruitment requirements, sourcing strategies, recruitment market trends
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure excellent candidate care during the interview and offer stages and facilitate a seamless pre-onboarding process
- Maintain recruitment reports and application information
To be successful, you must have
- 3-5 years end-to-end internal recruitment experience
- Experience in High Volume Internal recruitment
- Strong stakeholder management skills and great communicator
- Continuous drive for improvement
- Understanding of Australian employment legislation
- Proven ability in running & mobilising small to large recruiting for Projects
