We are looking for an experienced, adaptable, and collaborative professional - Partnership Mng- BPO Mgmt. and Analysis in the Group Services to support the delivery of processes (captive and Outsource Service Provider) ensuring a performance driven organization with a commercial intent that focuses on customer satisfaction.

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced individual to support the group's focus on delivering strong performance of GS outsourced vendors. This role will be responsible for responsible for offshore vendor relationships, performance, and contract management. This position is crucial for establishing a strong BPO vendor relationship, managing the BPO vendor contracts and overall BPO vendor performance. The role enables GS in building stronger partnership with internal stakeholders and achieving business excellence in long run.

Reporting line: Leader BPO management and Cost Performance

Scope: Your scope will include (but not limited to) below
  • Working closely with the Service Delivery teams to strengthen the partnership and performance of the overall functions with a specific focus on the BPO partner engagement with the RT onshore team.
  • Manage the commercial elements of the BPO relationship across the work statement with the support of Rio Tinto Procurement and the service delivery team.
  • Oversee financial process of forecasting and billing of the P2P BPO relationship in conjunction with the service delivery team.
  • Ensure that BPO performance metrics are delivering to expectations and work with the data analysis team to provide business context and interpretation of the performance dashboards to stakeholders.
  • Build a consistent partnership model across GS BPO partners.
  • Evolve the existing governance structure across the BPO and GS engagement and facilitate tactical and strategic meetings.
  • Resolve escalated issues and potential conflict between the BPO partner and Rio Tinto
  • Provide people management to the partnership team
  • Work in a matrix way across the BPO Partnership to deliver a valued service to the GS team.
  • Support and Lead project and/or program management may be required on BPO Partnership initiatives.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role, you will have:
  • Overall 10+ years in a global organisation with multi-cultural discipline
  • Strong BPO background, senior stakeholder management and contract management with minimum 5+ years' experience in the area
  • Expert level knowledge in supplier performance management and commercial acumen
  • Management of a small team and working within a matrixed team environment is preferred
  • Knowledge in automation and the commercial aspects of automation is preferred
  • Advance MS Excel knowledge (Pivot tables, analytical functions, macros) & Power point
  • Data analysis skills, familiarity with analytical techniques
  • Understanding of process documentation principles
  • Proven communication & writing skills: be able to tell the story behind the data
  • Diligence and attention to details
