WesTrac are looking for an experienced Forecast Planning Supervisor – Rebuilds to join our team based at our Welshpool facility.

Reporting to the Operations Support Manager - Rebuilds, this individual be responsible for the long-term plan and forecast created for the Machine Rebuilds team. This individual will be the subject matter expert to the Planning Department and will lead a team of planning professionals that creates, maintains, updates, and communicates the rebuilds forecast pipeline.

This individual will provide support, guidance, mentorship and advice to the Planning function and wider Service Rebuild Advisors team in operational decisions, problem solving and escalations, whilst building and driving a culture that is safe, productive, and enjoyable.

To be successful the following is required:
  • Hold a trade qualification or tertiary degree within either an engineering or commercial discipline
  • Strong Leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire team members
  • A high level of initiative and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with long term planning and forecasting within the MEM space
  • Exposure to planning system, software and tools such as MS Project, Smart Sheet or Uptake
  • Highly developed attention to detail with the ability to identify continuous improvement initiatives
  • Customer focused with the ability to effectively consult and negotiate with stakeholders, build positive relationships, and to collaborate and influence cross-functionally
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage fluctuating workloads and conflicting priorities to achieve tight deadlines
